🤔 QUICK GUIDE 🤔

The roulette can be accessed directly in the game through the icon located near the Mu Helper. Its interface (UI) has unique features and functionalities, which will be detailed below. It is important to note that the roulette rewards are delivered directly to the DVZ Shop X storage.

Open the roulette through the icon located near the Mu Helper.

STEP 2
Use the image below to understand the function of each element present in the roulette.

1	Golden Spin	Currency used to perform a single spin on the roulette
2	Start	Button used to perform a single spin on the roulette
3	Options	Automatic: Function to perform automatic spins on the roulette according to the number of Golden Spins available Quick Play: Optimizes the roulette spin with increased rotation speed
4	Check Rewards	History of the rewards you received with each roulette spin

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Box of Socket Items: Chance to obtain random socket items with 5 free slots.
Box of Sphere Seeds: Chance to obtain Sphere Seed (Tri) of any seed and/or element.

RARE TICKET RULES

Rare Ticket 1	If the item is level +12 or lower, it will receive an upgrade of only +6 levels, but limited to a maximum level of +13; If the item is level +13, it will receive an upgrade of only +1 level, advancing to level +14; If the item is level +14, it will receive an upgrade of only +1 level, advancing to level +15;
Rare Ticket 2	Adds luck or skill to any item (including socket items) (OR) 2 units of this rare allow you to choose a Harmony option (if the item supports it).
Rare Ticket 3	You can choose an Excellent option, cannot be used on level 380 items and socket items, the item cannot have more than 3 Excellent options (allows replacing an applied Excellent option with another).
Rare Ticket 4	For characters with up to 10 resets, Rare Ticket 4 will continue to increase +100 levels, as it currently does; For characters with more than 10 resets, the increment will be only +25 levels instead of 100;
Rare Ticket 5	Randomly draws an Excellent option (when the item is excellent) (OR) a random Socket option on the Sphere (Tri) in the order that accepts BSO activation. The item must have a free slot for the draw, or if the item already has all slots occupied and is in the order that accepts BSO, in this case, the rare can be used to activate the BSO.
Service Ticket 12+4	Choose a Wing Level 3 +0 +Luck with 1 Excellent option of your choice.
Service Ticket: Rename	Choose one of your characters to rename to any name, as long as it follows the character creation name rules.
Service Ticket: Class	Change the class of your character.

RARE TICKET REQUEST

The request to exchange the Service Ticket: Class must be made exclusively via support email. The other Rare Tickets have an integrated system in the game, including Rare Ticket 2, which can now be grouped in units of 2 for the use of the Harmony option.
