No, the same account you use in DevilzMu (easy) will be used in DevilzMu Ex, the difference is that because they are different realms, the characters will be separated, that is, the character, the nick, the items, the guild you are current part of in the DevilzMu (easy) will be different from Ex, and vice versa.

DevilzMu (easy) and DevilzMu Ex will use the same client, even if DevilzMu (easy) is Season 4, when you select DevilzMu Ex on the server screen, the game will adapt to Season 1 (or current season in the DevilzMu Ex Realm).
